How a day runs

Scanned in the morning,

finished in the afternoon

This is a sample schedule for a single molar crown finished in one day. Depending on the type of restoration, some cases finish the same day and others take an overnight.

09:40 Intraoral scan We scan the teeth. No impression material, no tray. It usually takes about five minutes.

10:20 Design Our experienced technician designs it in CAD, following natural anatomical form.

11:30 Milling The mill cuts the block and it goes into the furnace. You are free to go out for lunch.

14:00 Setting We try in the finished crown, adjust the bite and bond it.

An experienced dental technician works here full time. If the shade looks light or the bite feels off, he comes down and re-cuts it on the spot. Sent to an outside lab, the same correction takes days.

The director designs every implant surgical guide himself and prints it here. It leaves less room for the planned position and the actual one to diverge.
