We do not want to be a clinic
that buys equipment and leaves it idleSmile Digital treats with CAD/CAM restorations and digital implants in Seomyeon, Busan. We began model-free same-day work with the Sirona Bluecam in 2010 and now run a 3Shape scanner, a Sirona MCXL, a Roland mill and a 3D printer.
How we treat
We explain from your own intraoral photographs
Five intraoral photographs are taken at the first visit and put on the monitor, and we go tooth by tooth through what we see. Hearing about it and seeing your own tooth enlarged are not the same thing.
We stick to the rules and do not over-treat
Treatment that can wait, waits. We say so when a tooth should be watched rather than worked on, and we do only what is needed, in order.
Every surgery goes through a guide we designed
The director designs the surgical guide for every implant case and prints it here. It leaves less room for the planned position and the actual one to diverge.
Fewer visits, so you keep your time
Because scanning, milling and fitting all continue in-house, the same treatment takes fewer appointments. Shade and bite corrections are handled the same day.
It all happens on one floor
Scanning, design, milling, firing and finishing run on without leaving the clinic. Nothing is couriered out, so fewer schedules slip.

Dentists from abroad come here to learn
Dental practitioners from other countries visit to see CAD/CAM same-day restorations and guided implant surgery. They do not just sit through a lecture: they come into the treatment rooms and the milling room while real cases are running.
It is a chance to watch scanning, milling and seating happen on one floor. We show them the work exactly as we do it every day.

One trip to Busan, planned before you land
We have milled crowns in-house since 2010, and the mill sits next to the chair. That is what makes a single-visit crown possible for a patient who is only in Korea for a few days. Whether a case finishes in one day or takes an overnight depends on the type of restoration.
Write to us before you book flights. Photos of the tooth and a panoramic X-ray are enough for us to send back a plan.
Email close-up photos of the tooth and a panoramic X-ray if your dentist can share one. Tell us the dates you could be in Busan.
We reply with what the case needs, how many visits, how long each visit takes, and the cost in Korean won.
Scanning, design and milling happen in the clinic on the same day. Crowns are usually seated in the afternoon of the first day.
We send your scan files, X-rays and treatment notes so your dentist at home can follow up. Write to us if anything feels off.
