Most treatments
run through CAD/CAM

Scanning, design and milling are not a special option here.

At our clinic this is how most restorations are made, day to day.

Digital Esthetic Dentistry

Veneers and zirconia crowns. The scan reads the shape of the neighbouring teeth and the preparation; shade and translucency are matched by eye by our technician under the light.

Veneers can finish the same day; zirconia restorations need firing and shade finishing, so they take an overnight.

In cases such as

A front tooth that has darkened or discoloured

A gap between the front teeth that bothers you

An old PFM crown with a visible margin line
How it runs

Photographs and shade measurement

Shape designed in CAD, then milled

Veneers bonded the same day; zirconia finished the next morning
Veneers: same day Zirconia: one overnight

Laminate veneers

A thin ceramic shell bonded to the front surface. Only 0.3 to 0.5 mm of the front face is prepared, so very little tooth is removed.

Teeth that sit slightly out of line

Gaps between the front teeth

Teeth of uneven size or shape

A chipped or fractured tooth

Zirconia

The whole tooth is prepared evenly and covered with a zirconia crown of uniform thickness.

Gum discoloured by an older restoration

A fractured tooth that needs root canal treatment

An irregular bite that hurts appearance

Teeth already heavily reduced

Same-day crowns (model-free)

No plaster model is made. The scan data goes straight into design and machining.

If you live in temporary materials for a long time after cavity treatment, bacteria may re-enter. Our in-house lab makes the prosthesis directly, which shortens the time spent in temporary materials.

In cases such as

Travelling from far away and needing fewer visits

Needing the treatment wrapped up quickly

Working people who cannot take much time off
How it runs

Intraoral scan, shape confirmed together on screen

Designed in anatomical CAD by our experienced technician

Milled and fired in-house, bite adjusted, then set
Total chair time of about 2 hours (varies with tooth condition) Same day or one night, depending on the type of prosthesis and tooth condition
Zirconia (one overnight)

For a tooth damaged by decay or acid erosion, a zirconia crown brings the tooth back close to its natural form.

Can shorten the time spent in temporary teeth

When conditions allow, it can be set the next day (conventional fabrication usually takes 4–5 days)
One-day ceramic inlay

The area where decay was removed is scanned and filled with a milled ceramic block. It is generally more resistant to discoloration and wear than resin.

Fills only what is needed, without crowning

Can be finished in one visit, depending on tooth condition

When the examination shows it is possible, treatment can be completed on the day of your consultation

Two-year warranty
Please note

The times and visit counts above describe typical cases. Gum condition, remaining tooth structure and bone volume can add visits, and if same-day work is not advisable we explain why first. An examination and consultation are required before treatment.

Will my case finish in one day?

It differs from patient to patient. We recommend coming in for a proper examination so we can tell you exactly, rather than guessing from a photo.
